Anti-dumping duty on imports of citric acid from China

The European Commission today published their findings following an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures imposed on imports of citric acid (CN codes 2918 14 00 and ex 2918 15 00 ) originating in the People’s Republic of China. The review found that perpetuation of the anti-dumping measures was required to avoid dumping and injury to the EU. The continued duty rate ranges between 15.3% and 42.7%.
