About Us

ABOUT US

TCthree is a specialised consultancy based around a core team of consultants, backed-up by close co-operation with other key practitioners. Our experience has been built up over many years and so we are able to offer detailed advice tailored to our clients' needs.

We provide first-class advice in the global trade environment. To achieve this we know that there is no one size fits all answer for our clients. Our priority is to provide a personal approach: we want you to feel that your needs are as important to us as they are to you.

Our Work Areas

Trade:

We have extensive experience of dealing with all aspects of anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard cases and our knowledge of the European Commission’s decision-making process allows us to have a meaningful dialogue with them to find solutions to the issues you face.

We have wide ranging experience of dealing with clients producing products ranging from silicon to steel and from citric acid to lever arch mechanisms, ceramics and candles. Whatever your industry we will do our best to understand the particular issues that you face.

Customs:

The EU is a single market with one set of Customs regulations but with 28 separate enforcement authorities. In this complex situation it is essential that goods are cleared efficiently with minimum delay, are accompanied by the correct documents, and that any duties are optimised. We have the skills and resources, and can call on the services of experts, to ensure that companies can achieve these objectives.

Compliance:

Doing business in the EU means being complying with increasingly complex regulation. We provide advice on matters from authorisation shipping chemicals, to the rules on packaging of goods, to phytosanitary standards, data protection and intellectual property rights.
